THEERAM

THEERAM, a beach cleanup initiative by Kanal Innovations, is dedicated to restoring the beaches of Kerala and Tamil Nadu by removing plastic and other waste. The project raises awareness about waste management and encourages a shared responsibility among local communities, volunteers, and organizations to protect our shores and marine life. Through 26 cleanup drives in locations across Chennai, Trivandrum, and Calicut, THEERAM has successfully collected and properly treated over 8,000 kilograms of waste, inspiring more people to take part in preserving the natural beauty of our coastlines.

KANAL® 

Kanal Innovations Charitable Trust is a public trust registered in 2017, envisaged for the wholesome development of children through innovative intervention programs. Kanal® is a registered Trade Mark in Trade Mark Registry, Govt of India.

We are a 12A registered trust with section 80(G) status of the income tax act. KANAL follows all financial regulations set forth for non-profits by the Government of India, and is audited annually.
