Job Description: We’re looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as Senior Child Welfare Associate. This role is best suited for someone with one year hands-on experience in child-centered social projects, ideally with a background in CSR or community development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and conduct events, and manage the implementation of assigned projects and campaigns. • Maintain daily, weekly, and program-based reports, trackers, and registers. • Create daily and weekly action plans, schedules and present them to the Project Coordinator. • Maintain documentation based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and organizational requirements. • Record and maintain minutes of all relevant meetings attended. • Timely submission of expenditure reports, scanned bills, and original bills to the Project Coordinator. • Report on daily planned tasks and completed activities. • Prepare quarterly and annual reports of allocated projects and other organizational activities. • Supervise team members and oversee the execution of their project-related responsibilities. • Allocate staff and volunteers for various activities under assigned projects. • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for designated projects. • Maintain consistent and effective communication with beneficiaries and other stakeholders. • Ensure proper office decorum and oversee housekeeping standards. • Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing of reports and documents related to the project. • Archive hard and soft copies of all media/news reports related to assigned projects. • Coordinate team efforts in evaluating assessments and compiling corresponding reports.• Update the office daily register without fail. • Supervise and mentor interns working with the team. • Report team activities to the Director and HR when required. • Uphold organizational discipline and quality standards in all outstation and field activities. • Ensure all team members and volunteers wear official ID cards during external programs, visits, and meetings. • Maintain organization and discipline in office filing systems, physical records, and digital drives. • Assist in drafting project proposals and communications with donors as needed. • Support the organization in identifying and pursuing funding opportunities. • Represent the organization in external meetings, events, and networks as assigned. • Note: Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the organization as per emerging needs.

Qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Sociology, Extension is preferred.

  • Requirements:· One year experience.

  • Proficiency in Malayalam and English.

  • Excellent MS Office skills.

  • A strong passion for child welfare and a commitment to making a positive impact.

  • Energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to work in diverse and challenging environments.

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Possession of a valid two-wheeler driver's license (having a two-wheeler is advantageous).

  • Willingness to travel extensively for the allocated projects.

Benefits:

  • Rs. 2.5 - 3.0 lakh pa, commensurate to knowledge and experience.

  • Petrol allowance will be provided.

  • Monthly Menstrual Leave will be given (Optional).
