Job Description: We’re looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as Child Welfare Associate. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply passionate about learning, eager to build a strong foundation in social development projects, and committed to developing a high standard of professionalism. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and conduct events, campaigns, and project activities as assigned.

• Create daily and weekly action plans, schedules and present them to the Project Coordinator.

• Maintain documentation based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and organizational requirements.

• Maintain daily, weekly, and program-specific reports, trackers, and registers.

• Record and maintain minutes of relevant meetings attended.

• Ensure timely submission of expenditure reports, scanned bills, and original bills to the Project Coordinator.

• Report daily planned tasks and work completed.

• Prepare quarterly and annual reports of assigned projects and activities.

• Allocate volunteers for various project-related activities.

• Maintain effective communication with beneficiaries and other stakeholders.

• Ensure office decorum and oversee housekeeping standards.

• Organize and maintain digital and physical filing of project-related reports and documents.

• File hard and soft copies of media and news reports related to the projects.

• Coordinate assessment activities and prepare corresponding reports.

• Update the office daily register without fail.

• Report team activities and relevant updates to the Director and HR as required.

• Ensure discipline and adherence to quality standards in all outstation and field activities.

• Maintain order and discipline in office documentation systems and digital drives.

• Contribute to proposal writing and donor communications when needed.

• Identify and share opportunities for funding or partnerships relevant to the organization’s goals.

• Represent the organization in meetings, events, and external forums as assigned.

• Note: Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the organization as per emerging needs.
  

  Qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Sociology, Extension is preferred.

• Requirements: Proficiency in Malayalam and English.

• Excellent MS Office skills.

• A strong passion for child welfare and a commitment to making a positive impact.

• Energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to work in diverse and challenging environments.

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Possession of a valid two-wheeler driver's license (having a two-wheeler is advantageous).

• Willingness to travel extensively for the allocated projects.

  
  

Benefits:

Rs. 2.1 - 2.4 lakh pa, commensurate to knowledge and experience.

Petrol allowance will be provided.

Monthly Menstrual Leave will be given (Optional).
